Super Extreme DUI – What is it?

Under Arizona law, if a person is charged with a DUI and the blood alcohol content is alleged to be .20 or higher they are considered to be charged with what is called a “super extreme” DUI. Even though it is still a Class 1 misdemeanor, the jail time and fines increase dramatically from a regular (.08 to .14) and even more than a regular extreme dui (.15 to .19).
