Ryan M. Gibson, Attorney

Mr. Gibson is a criminal defense and immigration lawyer based in Tucson. He has represented hundreds of clients charged with criminal offenses and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He attended the University of Arizona and graduated in 1998 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. During this time, he studied abroad in Madrid and Salamanca, Spain. Additionally, Mr. Gibson attended the well regarded Washington Semester Program at American University. During his stay in Washington D.C. he was a legislative intern in the United States Senate for Senator John Kerry of Massachusetts. Mr. Gibson earned his law degree (J.D.) from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. He is a sole practitioner and focuses his practice on criminal defense and immigration matters. When Ryan  is not practicing law he enjoys traveling, hiking, and cooking. Last, but not least, Ryan is an enthusiastic Arizona Wildcat fan, especially basketball.

Beatriz Ortiz, Paralegal

Ms. Ortiz, fluent in Spanish and English, was born in Sonora, Mexico. Beatriz earned her degree in Paralegal studies from the American Bar Association approved program at Pima Community College, in Tucson. Prior to joining our firm, Beatriz had extensive experience working in a well respected Arizona immigration law firm. She has also excelled and won awards for her achievements in the financial services industry. Her combined experience and education is a great asset to our firm and to our clients.
